All Sales are Final
Regarding unpaid orders/invoice with our shop/website. We will invoice you for any unpaid order that we shipped to you and you received. Interest will be charged on all orders that are not "Paid in Full" including shipping and other fees. Interest will be compounded until invoice/order is Paid. This includes any orders placed with a payment made through PayPal or Credit/Debit Card with a Chargeback from PayPal or your credit card company. We will file legal proceedings on all unpaid orders to the fullest extent of the law.
Regarding Cutouts for pieces you purchase on our website: As with all of our cutouts, we make an effort to replicate the photo provide by mold manufacturer, but it is not guaranteed to be exactly as in photo. The cut-outs of the piece are done by hand and will vary from the photo. Photo is only a sample of the way the piece could be painted. You choose to paint it anyway you would like.
In regards to orders we receive. We do appreciate the interest we receive from so many people to purchase our bisque items, but we hold the right to refuse any order that we receive.
In regards to very large orders. We do accept large orders, but they are placed in order in which they were received. We receive many orders and feel that all our orders are important, therefore, we will not allow orders that are in process to be stopped or held so a very large order can be processed immediately.
When purchasing from our website. We produce our items as we receive orders for those items. We do try to keep some items on our shelves so they are ready to be shipped, but orders are arriving from our website constantly which at times depletes our shelves of ready-to-ship items, therefore, we have to begin producing the items again as the orders are received. We know that our customers are excited about receiving their orders, but we believe that our customers also want a quality product. We use great care to produce each item and time is one of the requirements necessary to produce a high-quality item when it comes to producing a ceramic bisque items. In respect to this, our items may take much longer to receive than our customers anticipate. Please try to place your orders with us as far in advance as possible for ample time to produce and ship the item(s).
Our product is hand made and is Not usually ready to ship out to you as soon as possible. Please read the website pages and the Order Information Page. The website clearly explains shipping expectations. We always hold the right to change shipping expectation for an item without out notice because items ship out and reduce our stock faster than we can update the website. We want to have communication with our customers, but please do not contact us with anger and frustration regarding an order because you made the assumption that an indication of "made-to-order" means "ready to ship" or "in-stock" according to you. The indication of "made-to-order" would never mean "In Stock."
We do not have a policy of "Your Satisfaction Guaranteed" with our product(s). We produce every item with care and quality. We produce an item as we would want it produced for ourselves, but this varies from individual to individual. Therefore, your purchase from us is at your own risk. If you receive an item and have a comment, please contact us. If you receive an item(s) and are happy with your purchase, we enjoy hearing from so many of you that are pleased with our bisque products and want let us know. We would like to hear from you regardless of your comment. Please keep in mind All Sales are Final.
Photographs on our Website of our products. The photographs of our products on our website are samples ONLY. They are usually photos we have received from a Flyer that was given to us through the manufacturer of a mold that was produced by a Mold Manufacturer. Any decoration, "cut-outs", or designs on these photos are used on our website as a SAMPLE ONLY of what that piece you are selecting to add to the Shopping Cart looks like if it were finished and/or decorated. We hold the right to provide the product you see in the photo of your selection as we produce it. It MAY or MAY NOT have the "cut-outs" or the added pieces that were used in the Sample Photo. If you have a request for "cut-outs" or a question about the additional pieces, you will need to contact us before your order is processed. We try to make an attempt to make all "cut-outs" as requested and to reflect the way the Mold Manufacture's Flyer may have represented the pieces as the photo example shown for the piece you selected, but we HOLD THE RIGHT to provide you with these requests or attempt to repeat the process that the Mold Manufacturer's Flyer may have done to the piece you selected as closely as possible, but Do Not Guarantee it will be an exact duplication of their process or workmanship. Please keep in mind All Sales are Final.
You choose to Cancel your order. All orders are subject to a 35% re-stocking fee or If you place an order with our website or Shop and then choose to CANCEL your order, your re-stocking fee will be charged to you at time of Refund. The website clearly indicates expected production times for our hand-made items. We ship what we have on the shelf as quickly as possible until our stock is depleted. At that time we go back to producing the specific item (s) to fill orders received; that process slows your order down regardless if other items you have placed on your order are ready to ship. Whichever item you choose to add to your order that takes the longest to ship will hold up your entire order. As stated above, fees will apply if you decide later in the production process to cancel your order. Due to excessive abuse, we will enforce these costs to you at time of cancellation. You may always contact us regarding information about shipping estimates and special cutouts or holes for special use of piece. Please do not contact us with frustration or anger regarding an order you placed that needs to arrive by a specific time and have not bothered to take the time to contact us at the time of placing your order to make sure your order could arrive on time for your event. If you choose to cancel your order, your refund will be provided less the re-stocking fee and/or any other non-refundable service charges that may apply. Therefore your refund has the re-stocking fee and any other fees taken out with the balance as your refund.
You choose to place a "RUSH" on your order. All Rush orders will have a 15% Rush Order fee applied to the order. You must provide us with a 2-week notice of your deadline date for a RUSH order to be put into place for your order or your order will ship out as scheduled.
If you receive an your order and it is broken in shipping, contact us. We purchase insurance with all shipped orders. We will send in a Damage Claim to the shipper. If the shipper makes payment for the Damage Claim, we will replace or refund the purchase price for that item (s) that were broken in shipping. You must contact us as soon as you receive your order or the shipper will not accept the Damage Claim and we will not either.
When you purchase with a Credit Card, our policy is: When you select items from our website or any item we sell in our shop to purchase with your credit card (such as adding them to our shopping cart or submitting an Order Form to us or placing a telephone or email order with us), you are hereby authorizing us, Homegrown Creations and/or Your Ceramic Touch (our company), to charge your credit card for the total of your order and for the cost of packing materials and shipping costs. When you Submit an order to Homegrown Creations and/or Your Ceramic Touch, you agree to our Purchase Policy and our Credit Card policy.
In regards to abandoned Orders or changes of address. (1.) The purchaser is responsible to provide us with a valid shipping address. If we receive an order from a customer to be processed, the customer is responsible for providing a shipping address for the order to be shipped to. The customer is also responsible for providing us with a "change of address" if the customer moves from the original shipping address given to us with their order at the time that they submitted the order to us to a "new shipping address" to ship the order to when the order is ready to ship out. This circumstance also applies to "unconfirmed address" when the customer uses PayPal Payments or any other form of payment. Just Call or Email us with your name and order description along with your Old address and the New address you want to have your order shipped. (2.) If we receive an order with no shipping address to ship the order to, we will make an attempt to contact the customer with the information that the customer has provided with their order to contact them. If we receive no response from the attempt to contact the customer that placed the order or submitted the order, the item(s) in that order will be put back on the shelf to be resold and a restocking fee will be charged if we are contacted later regarding the order. (3.) If an order is processed and shipped to the address given with the order and that order is returned to us from the shipping company for reasons that the package could not be delivered to that addressed for any reason or the package could not be delivered because the Addressee has moved with or without a forwarding address, the order will be unpackaged and the items will be put back on our selling shelves. In all cases described above the customer has abandoned the order and is responsible to contact us to reinstate the order, pay any restocking fees applied, and pay any additional shipping and packaging charges necessary to ship or re-ship their order.
If you would like to make a donation to our website, we appreciate it. The ceramic industry is a "Dying Art." Our website was created to help those who love to paint to have access to purchasing ceramic pieces to paint. With less people having the time to enjoy ceramics, it has caused a decline in sales for all ceramic businesses. Therefore if you would like to make a donation, we appreciate it. Simple select an item on our website, added it to our shopping cart, at time of Check Out fill in your name, and in the address area place "Donation" or leave blank We then realize that you are donating the amount that you made payment with an item you selected with the website, but do not really want the item sent to you. Any amount can be mailed to us through U.S. Mail with a notation stating "Donation." Thank you to those of you who have donated to our shop. Thank you for your support.
These Purchase Policies are updated as necessary and apply to all orders that have been placed in the past or on any future orders that are placed with our shop or website. Therefore all Sales are Final and all orders received are subject to our Purchase Policies regardless of when our Purchase Policy page is updated. Our website is continually published to the Internet/World Wide Web with updates, so we hold the right to make changes to our Purchase Policies regardless of when your order was received and without advanced notice to the purchaser of any changes made to these Purchase Policies. Thank you in advance for understanding that these Purchase Policies have become a necessary part of our business because of ongoing abuse over the past 10 years of customers whose intentions are to receive our product without payment.
